Sarah Waller
Co-Owner | she/they
Botanical printmaker. Black cat tamer. Moon watcher. Amateur geologist. Sarah started professionally landscaping in 2021 after the pandemic instilled an even greater love of the outdoors and never looked back. On the side she's the Assistant Manager at Big Hill Books in the Bryn Mawr neighborhood of Minneapolis and is interning to be a Master Gardener. She always associates the smell of tomato plants with her grandma Dorothy’s backyard veggie garden.
Mitchal Peterson
Co-Owner | he/him
Forest keeper. Garden librarian. Agate hunter. Mitchal graduated with a BS in Horticulture from the University of Minnesota in 2016. He has over 10 years of experience in the professional gardening industry and way too many houseplants. His love of gardening began early in elementary school, inspired by his grandpa, Orville Peterson, a school teacher in Roseville, who was an avid gardener and was also in the Master Gardener Program in the 2000’s.
